We are hiring immediately for a full-time SENIOR COOK position.

Location: Applied Materials Gloucester - 35 Dory Road, Gloucester, MA 01930. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior culinary experience preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored, adhering to applicable standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• May oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use; performs scheduled cleaning.
• Stores, labels, and dates food items according to policy; maintains organized storage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for food quality and safety.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations.
• Assists in maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
• Assists in cross-training employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
