Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time Senior Cook in College Station, TX. The position requires 3–5 years of catering cook experience and offers a pay range of $17.00 to $21.00 per hour. Schedule is full-time with flexible hours; on-site at 1600 TAMU, College Station, TX 77843.

Responsibilities include overseeing cooking activities, preparing entrees, operating and cleaning equipment, and maintaining HACCP standards. Benefits and daily production records are part of the role.

• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations; adhere to department sanitation procedures.
• Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completing required documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
