Banner Health in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a full‑time Senior Cook to plan daily food production for hospital dining and catering needs. You will prepare meals from approved recipes, manage yields, and coordinate with dietitians for special diets in a high‑volume setting.
Leadership and food safety responsibilities are part of the role. Requirements include two or more years in production cooking, knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, and the ability to follow policies and schedules.
This position plans daily food production for assigned areas and produces all food items based on information obtained from production sheets, café menus, catering requests, and any other approved source.
