Senior Cook position at Sodexo at COLORADO MESA UNIVERSITY (Grand Junction, CO). The role focuses on preparing nutritious dishes with high service quality and attention to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and events.
• Follow complex recipes and food directions; prepare batches using classical and contemporary techniques.
• May supervise production staff, train and assign tasks.
• Attend shifts on time and fulfill other duties as required by the account.
