Sodexo is seeking a Senior Cook in a full-time role with flexible shifts. You will prepare nutritious dishes, emphasize customer service, and help reduce food waste while maintaining high food quality.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Follow complex recipes and produce large batches using classical and contemporary techniques.
• Oversee production staff, train and assign tasks as needed.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and maintain regular attendance.
• Other duties as assigned based on client requirements.
