Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies is looking for a Lead Controls Systems Engineer to design and lead building automation projects in Aurora, Ohio. You will manage project teams, create electrical designs, and interact with customers. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of engineering experience, particularly in controls and HVAC systems. The compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $130,000, performance bonuses, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in related field/industry.
• Experience with FactoryTalk Suite and RS Logix/Studio 5000.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for a project team of 2-5 engineers.
• Create instrument lists by examining P&ID drawings.
• Lead customer design review meetings.
• Train customer representatives on operations and maintenance of the system.
