Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent in a related field with experience.
- 8+ years of PLC/HMI programming or industrial automation experience.
- Expert-level PLC programming across platforms and project leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of control system design and industrial processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced PLC programs with modular architectures.
- Lead development of HMI/SCADA systems for usability and reliability.
- Architect full automation solutions across PLC, HMI, SCADA and networks.
- Oversee system integration with databases, historians, and ERP systems.
- Lead troubleshooting, testing, validation, and on-site commissioning.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure safety and cybersecurity practices.
