The role focuses on developing control solutions for electro-optical systems, with responsibilities spanning modeling, simulation, and real-time validation.

Candidates should have 2+ years in Control Theory and MATLAB/Simulink, plus the ability to obtain/maintain U.S. security clearances.

Qualifications

• Requires active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) and eligibility for Top Secret Clearance.
• 2+ years of experience with Control Theory and Design.
• 2+ years with MATLAB and Simulink.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on mathematical modeling, simulation, and data analysis.
• Analyze system behavior, including stability, linearity, and transient/steady-state responses.
• Design, develop, and implement advanced control strategies.
• Develop and validate control algorithms in MATLAB and Simulink.
• Create, control, and instrument real-time applications from Simulink models.
• Deploy models on real-time platforms like Speedgoat or NI.
