EPC Staff Acquisition and Development, LLC is seeking a Controls/Automation Engineer to design, program, and commission control systems for a range of industrial applications near the Chicago metro in Addison, IL. The role offers a direct salaried path with a hybrid work setup, $100k-$155k salary, full benefits, bonuses, ESOP, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

BSEE or similar.
PLCs, HMIs, SCADA (FactoryTalk, VTScada, AVEVA), and field instrumentation.
Ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram.

Responsibilities

Develop control system software, including PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA configuration.
Design, develop, and implement control system logic software and hardware to meet process, machine, and integrated system requirements.
Develop control logic software and user interface applications.
Develop schematics detailing control system configuration and wiring, and design equipment panel layouts on AutoCAD software.
