Job summary

System One is hiring an experienced Electrical/Controls Engineer to design, develop, and deploy control systems for aseptic filling and process lines within our facility. You will own the controls software/hardware lifecycle and collaborate with operations to boost plant reliability.

Key responsibilities include standardizing electrical components, troubleshooting, implementing changes, and training team members on operation and maintenance of packaging lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Process, Controls, Automation, or Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of controls/electrical engineering experience in aseptic processing or GMP/FDA/ISO/USDA/PMO environments.
• 2-5 years in technical or operational assignments demonstrating industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the control architecture to improve plant and packaging line reliability.
• Standardize electrical components and designs to simplify operations.
• Provide application/control systems design and development for varying complexity.
• Interpret electrical/control designs from vendor specifications and align with company standards.
• Ensure continuous production by maintaining electrical control systems.
• Support the maintenance team with electrical/controls preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Lead Change Management processes for initiatives and improvements.
• Coordinate with electricians/contractors to meet dates and budgets.
• Provide training on aseptic and ESL filling lines.
