Key Responsibilities
  • PLC Programming: Develop and implement software for automation systems using both Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms. This is a must-have skill for the role.
  • Project Ownership: Lead projects from concept to completion ("cradle to grave"), including writing software, commissioning devices, and ensuring successful system operation.
  • Commissioning: Confidently commission devices "out of the box" and ensure everything operates as expected in the field.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel approximately 30% to 65% of the time. Senior-level engineers with strong mentorship capabilities will have reduced travel requirements as they help guide and support junior team members.
  • Mentorship & Teamwork: Collaborate with the team, provide training and mentorship to less experienced engineers, and foster a supportive and learning-focused environment.
Qualifications
