Qualifications

• Twelve years of combined technical and people management experience.
• Experience overseeing engineering, design, and programming of automated manufacturing systems.
• Ability to develop electrical schematics and contribute to proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical and controls engineers across multiple industries through the full project life cycle.
• Define complex solutions for system integration projects and manage scheduling and oversight.
• Interface with project teams and clients to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Build and grow the book of business and expand client relationships.
• Lead business development to identify and close new projects.
• Mentor the team and develop training objectives.
• Coordinate workloads with regional offices to improve methods and procedures.
• Communicate project updates clearly and consistently.
• Make an impact daily with technical expertise to strengthen client relationships.
