This role involves leading the accounting team, managing financial audits, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA preferred; Master’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
• Prior experience leading or managing annual financial audits.
• Experience with financial system implementations or systems integration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close process and prepare financial statements.
• Lead and manage the accounting team.
• Establish and enhance accounting policies and controls.
• Partner with CFO for budget and financial analyses.
• Manage annual financial audit and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee debt covenant reporting.
• Provide leadership with financial and operational reports.
• Standardize and improve balance sheet reconciliations.
