Thermo Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to plan and oversee a wide variety of control system projects. Based onsite in West Memphis, AR, you will coordinate internal and external personnel to complete projects on time and under budget.

You will guide junior staff and collaborate with company leaders to ensure quality and safety across jobs. You will need a strong engineering background, 10+ years in the field, and at least 5+ years as a project manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field with relevant technical experience
• Typically 10+ years total experience with at least 5+ years as project manager
• Proven track record: 2+ years at previous level

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and trade partners
• Complete tasks accurately, on schedule and under budget
• Estimate duration and difficulty of tasks
• Provide project forecasts and projections
• Oversee subcontractor scope and change orders
