  • Performs acquisition planning with program managers and finance staff.
  • Determines procurement methods, contract types, and financing arrangements.
  • Solicits small business participation and documents justifications when needed.
  • Oversees procurement of services, supplies, construction, and A&E.
  • Conducts site visits and serves as the point of contact for procurements.
