Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) seeks a seasoned procurement professional to develop and administer high-value contracts for rail and bus operations. Under minimal supervision, you will draft, review, and manage complex agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in procurement or public administration, with strong negotiation and contract management skills across design, construction, and professional services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Design/Construction or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Drafts, reviews, and prepares complex contract requirements and documents in accordance with procurement regulations and applicable laws.
• Manages contract awards and modifications for contracts, purchase/delivery/task orders, and other documents within established lead-times.
• Interacts with stakeholders and leads negotiations, ensuring compliance and timely completion of contracts.
• Provide senior-level procurement experience in review of contract documents to support approvals.
• Develops and manages solicitations, negotiates, extends, terminates, and renegotiates contracts as appropriate.
• Serve as liaison with contractors and monitor contract compliance to terms and conditions.
