Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer contract formation and administration from proposal to closeout.
• Lead contractual aspects of major proposals and ensure alignment with scope and IP terms.
• Serve as primary contracts contact for prime and project personnel.
• Monitor deliverables for compliance and address issues with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate change orders and subcontract-related activities with PM and legal.
