This role requires 10 years of contract management experience in the construction industry and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Qualifications

• 10 years of contract management experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of all aspects of the contracting process.
• Long-term contract experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project work for interim and final payment.
• Manage financial and contract administration of subcontractor accounts.
• Prepare and obtain approval for final measurement/account.
• Mentor and provide feedback to Assistant Contract Managers.
• Monitor project progress and maintain site records.
