CDRP Technologies is seeking a Sr. Attorney, Contracts (Aircraft Purchasing Agreements) in Texas. The role supports the ISR sector, delivering strategic legal counsel on aircraft purchasing and government contracts.

You will negotiate, draft, and analyze agreements while upholding high ethical standards and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have aviation contracts experience, a JD, and the ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.

Competenze

• 13 years of extensive contract and aircraft purchasing experience.
• JD degree and active TX state license to practice law.
• Experience with DoD/government contracts.
