Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to join our centralized Procurement team. You will manage end-to-end vendor agreements, real estate docs, and procurement. The role involves drafting, redlining, negotiation, and execution of MSAs and SOWs, plus leading RFPs and renewals.

The position operates on a standard Monday–Friday Central Time schedule with potential minimal travel. Hybrid role requiring at least 1 day per week in office locations such as Allen, TX; Overland Park, KS;

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 6 years experience in contracts related to facilities, hardware, software or vendor management.
• Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing and procurement best practices.
• Effective communication skills in a corporate setting.
• Strong data analysis and ability to create presentations.
• Experience delivering presentations to management and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong customer service skills across internal units and external vendors.
• Intermediate MS Excel (pivot tables, diagrams, charts).
• Up to 10% travel for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management for billing and contracts objectives.
• Evaluate production data (daily/weekly/monthly) for trends and suggest improvements.
• Review internal controls, risk and policy documentation to meet company requirements.
• Monitor contract and billing changes and inform departments of updates.
• Maintain organized documentation for contract and billing data.
• Conduct compliance reviews of various applications.
• Develop forecasting models to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist management for examiner/auditor onsite visits as needed.
• Serve as billing subject matter expert on projects.
• Lead meetings to improve contract entry between Operations and Finance.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Jack Henry is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to join our centralized Procurement team and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor agreements, real estate documentation, and other procurements. In this role, you will handle the daily sourcing, drafting, redlining, negotiation, and execution of master service agreements, statements of work, service agreements and formal contract amendments or terminations. You will drive core operational processes by leading Request for Proposals (RFPs), proactively managing renewal timelines, and maintaining total data integrity within company repositories. Success requires close daily collaboration with internal business units, external suppliers, and Procurement team members to resolve contract clarifications, purchase order setups, and invoice inquiries. Qualified candidates should possess relevant experience along with demonstrated expertise in contract interpretation, vendor management, and analytical reporting.

You will join a deeply experienced team that provides robust, hands‑on onboarding across systems and workflows through both in‑person and Microsoft Teams training. This full‑time salaried position operates on a standard Monday through Friday Central Time schedule, requiring strong self‑management to fulfill responsibilities effectively. Periodic travel to a designated hub may be required for team collaboration depending on location, though travel is minimal for day‑to‑day operations. Finally, this role provides high organizational visibility and clear long‑term career growth into Procurement leadership or related business functions such as Finance, Strategic Sourcing, and Facilities.

This position is a hybrid role requiring at least 1 day per week in any of the following office locations: Allen, TX / Overland Park, KS / Monett, MO or Springfield, MO.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management for use in supporting billing and contracts business objectives.
• Evaluates daily, weekly, monthly, etc. production data for trend analysis and recommends process improvements.
• Evaluates internal controls, communications, risk assessments, and maintenance of documentation of policies and procedures in order to adhere to company requirements.
• Monitors contract and billing process changes and distributes necessary information to implement changes to various departments and internal policies.
• Develops and maintains an organized, methodical documentation system for communicating, implementing, and managing new and existing contract and billing data.
• Performs compliance reviews of various applications.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to support strategic initiatives.
• May assist management in preparing for examiner and auditor on‑site visits.
• Serve as contacts/billing subject matter expert on various projects.
• Conducts meetings with management and department leads to assist in improving contract entry process between Operations and Finance.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need To Have

• Must have a minimum of 6 years combination of experience in any of the following categories: supporting and handling contracts related to facility operations, hardware, software and/or experience partnering with vendors or internal business partners to support full life cycle contract management.
• Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, general sourcing and procurement best practices.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Strong experience analyzing data to input and create presentations.
• Experience in executing presentations.
• Must posses strong organization skills; detail-oriented and be able to work collaboratively and independently per business needs.
• Strong customer service skills in being able to support various business units across the organization and external vendors.
• Must have intermediate MS Excel experience (pivot tables, diagrams, charts).
• You may have up to 10% occasional day trip or overnight travel to support business needs.
