Job summary

Forged Fiber in Denver, CO is seeking a Lead Contracting Analyst to oversee contract administration, compliance, and lifecycle management across the organization. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and business stakeholders to review terms, identify risks, support negotiations, and ensure agreements align with policies and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract analysis, or a related function.
• Extensive contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, renewals, service levels, obligations, risk provisions, and approval workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex agreements and translate contractual terms into clear business, financial, and operational implications.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with contract lifecycle management systems preferred.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for contract-related inquiries, advising stakeholders on requirements, obligations, approvals, and process expectations.

The Role

The Lead Contracting Analyst is responsible for overseeing contract administration, compliance, and lifecycle management across the organization. Main Requirements
