Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Centers seeks a Contract Specialist in the NORVA GF contracting departments. The role requires applying contracting principles to procure supplies and services, and to lead pre/post award actions within DoD guidelines.

The incumbent will analyze cost data, participate in negotiations, and ensure compliance with Federal procurement regulations. This civilian position offers challenging duties and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Provide knowledge of contracts and methods of contracting to procure requirements and conduct negotiations.
• Knowledge of contracting laws, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance and guidance.
• Experience analyzing cost and pricing data, and preparing contracts and modifications.
