Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks a Principal Contract Specialist/Program Manager in Kittery, ME to lead senior acquisition work within the Contracting and Logistics Department. You will oversee the contractor acquisition support team, manage complex procurements, and ensure compliance with federal regulations across the full lifecycle.

The role requires 8+ years in government contracting, active clearance, and DAWIA/Program Manager certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of government contracting experience.
• Active security clearance at time of award.
• DAWIA Contracting Professional certification or equivalent.
• DAWIA Program Manager Advanced or Level III certification.
• Experience leading cradle-to-grave procurement actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cradle-to-grave acquisition support for complex contracts, including planning, market research, solicitations, source selection, and award.
• Lead and mentor the contractor acquisition support team to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Navy requirements.
• Coordinate Government liaison with COR, TPOC, and contracting officers to support contract execution.
• Monitor performance, ensure documentation accuracy, and manage post-award actions and closeout.
