Qualifications

• 7+ years in contract administration, contract management, procurement, or related field.
• Experience supporting complex commercial, supplier, or vendor agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts across lifecycle: execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Ensure contracts comply with policies, legal requirements, and standards.
• Monitor obligations, key dates, deliverables and performance; address issues and escalate risks.
• Partner with business, procurement, finance, legal, and operations to support negotiations and administration.
• Review terms to identify potential business, financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Analyze contract data to identify trends, cost savings opportunities, and improvements.
• Develop and maintain contract administration procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Drive improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and governance.
• Support audits, compliance reviews and reporting related to contractual obligations.
• Maintain contract management systems and ensure accuracy of records.
• Handle ad-hoc requests as directed.
