Job summary

City of Ballarat seeks an experienced contract management professional to strengthen the Council's contract management framework and provide expert advice across the organisation.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Business Services, you will lead development, management, performance, risk and compliance of service, supply and infrastructure contracts, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver value for the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing, managing, performance, risk and compliance of contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial risk.
• Ability to interpret, develop and negotiate contract terms with governance and operational outcomes.
