Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, law, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive contract management experience.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government contracting.
• Demonstrated ability drafting, negotiating and complying with complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, negotiation, and administration of customer contracts and long-term agreements.
• Assess risks and ensure compliance across terms and obligations.
