Sr. Continuous Improvement Manager
VP of Operations, Mott
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will lead and facilitate the successful implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies with a sustaining impact on business performance. You will be directly responsible for the operational support and implementation of transformational process improvements across the enterprise, focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth/Innovation.
Strategic Leadership: Establish and execute a CI Roadmap aligned with strategic goals and IDEX Office of Business Systems.
Training & Development: Train and certify internal CI experts to ensure program scalability and the sustainment of Lean principles.
Hands‑on Implementation: Act as a lead practitioner for Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work.
Operational Excellence: Utilize 80/20 methods, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma tools to drive focus on high-impact organizational items.
The compensation range for this position is $124,000.00 – $186,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for a performance-based bonus plan.
