Job summary

DNOW seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to evaluate and enhance business processes, both internal and client-facing, to improve efficiency, quality, value, and safety in line with company policies and guidelines.

The role collaborates across cross-functional teams, develops project requirements and plans, leads improvement initiatives, creates SOPs, and supports training with the centralized training team to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of project management and continuous improvement experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience applying DMAIC and statistical analysis to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to evaluate processes and identify improvement initiatives.
• Develop project requirements, scope, and implementation timelines.
• Lead and manage cross-functional integration initiatives with clients.
• Coordinate with experts and departments to define objectives and requirements.
• Meet deliverables and timelines across multiple projects.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams as needed.
• Create and maintain project documentation and SOPs.
• Support user training with centralized training team.
