Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Content Site Manager Senior to lead information sharing for analytic production at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will manage content, perform QC on links, and disseminate intelligence across networks.

The role requires active TS/SCI with CI Poly. Candidates should have 10+ years in intelligence, MS SharePoint experience, and a related degree, with a focus on knowledge management and crisis content portals.

Qualifications

• 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
• Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint
• Current DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance with ability to obtain
• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category
• Associates degree with 7 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years' experience in an intelligence discipline

Responsibilities

• Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production
• Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management systems to shape workflow and processes
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for knowledge management capabilities
• Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals
• Maintain DCD intelligence content websites and keep them relevant and up to date
• Conduct quality control checks of all links/URLs on DCD intelligence content sites; identify broken links and replace them
• Populate hosted SharePoint portals for intelligence organizations or units with relevant content
• Track new products on the Master Intelligence Content Management tracker and address dissemination gaps within 10 business days
• Maintain and update web-enabled portals for crisis actions or contingency operations
• Draft and maintain SOPs documenting all content management tasks
