Qualifications

• 8+ years of product creative experience across digital products.
• 5–7+ years working with software engineering teams on a digital product.
• Experience partnering with designers and creative teams through briefing, review, and delivery.
• Creative experimentation with analytics and product counterparts.
• Working with data analysts or data scientists on metrics and instrumentation.
• Working with strategy to turn findings into guidance.
• Cross-functional leadership across teams you don't manage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own content-driven features from assessment through definition, build, QA, and launch with design, engineering, product, and strategy partners.
• Define the creative requirements and ensure they’re testable and aligned with product specs.
• Turn creative ideas into precise definitions for builds and testing across devices and OS changes.
• Review builds and provide precise feedback to meet creative and functional bars.
• Be the escalation point to resolve stalled features and maintain momentum.
• Lead creative experimentation with strategy to brief and produce variant sets and run tests.
• Collaborate with product experimentation and analytics to design tests and read outcomes.
• Maintain a reusable library of learnings and guidance for future projects.
