You’ll shoot, edit, and optimize weekly content, test hooks and pacing, and work closely with the local brand team to ensure alignment with global vision while staying locally relevant.

Qualifications

• Social-first mindset required.
• Proficient in CapCut or Adobe Premiere for mobile/desktop editing.
• Fluent German with strong English; based in Germany.
• Capable of managing multiple deliverables with clear calendars.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: Lead ideation, shooting, and weekly content execution.
• Self-Shot Content: Produce, shoot, and edit engaging self-shot content.
• Mastering the Hook: Optimize hooks to maximize engagement and watch time.
• Trend Jacking: Monitor German culture and trends for timely content.
• Content Strategy & Reporting: Analyze performance and deliver monthly reports.
• Workflow & Approvals: Ensure assets pass local/global/legal approvals.
• Collaboration: Align with local brand and global vision; attend shoots when needed.
