Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to join our branch team. You will originate consumer loans, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales goals while supporting daily branch operations and providing exemplary service.

You will contribute to a positive customer experience and help manage a growing loan portfolio with a professional and proactive approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a dedicated team member.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Willingness to comply with employment credit check, background checks and drug screening
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan products.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions on loan products.
• Assist with daily branch operations and serve as a role model.
• Close loans and manage loan folders.
• Meet or exceed loan goals.
• Manage servicing of a growing loan portfolio.
