Qualifications

• 5–10 years of business litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and financial institution representation preferred.
• Familiarity with FCRA, FDCPA, and TCPA is advantageous.
• Licensed and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.
• JD from an accredited law school.
