Job summary
Wipro Limited in Memphis is seeking a Principal Consultant for Manhattan WMoS/WMi and Tech & Impl. You will drive consulting delivery, manage teams, and ensure quality and compliance while developing sales opportunities.
You will lead workshops, translate business needs into functional specs, support ROI objectives, and build trusted advisor relationships with senior clients, aiming for high billability and impactful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Must have 6+ years hands-on experience with Manhattan WMoS (2017/2019).
- Experience with Manhattan WMi and WMoS; 2007 or above.
- Hands-on knowledge of RPG400, CL400, and DB2/400.
- At least 1–2 full-cycle Manhattan WMoS implementation projects.
- PL/SQL & database tables experience.
Responsibilities
- Ambassador for Wipro tenets and values.
- Lead consulting projects and manage teams/work streams with quality assurance.
- Develop client relationships and drive opportunities.
- Ensure project administration (SoW, tagging) is up to date.
- Coach and mentor staff; deliver high billability and outcomes.
