Job summary

Wipro Limited in Houston, Texas is seeking a Senior Consultant for Tech & Implement L1. The role supports Level 1/2 IT operations, handles production issues, and leverages ITSM practices. Strong communication in English, plus familiarity with German users, is essential.

The candidate will implement SOPs, monitor Enduris, and translate business needs into IT tickets and Power BI reports. The position is based in Houston with a 24x7 support model.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) domains is preferred.
• Experience in Level 1/2 IT support and maintaining 24x7 operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ability to document SOPs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT support tickets for L2/L3.
• Experience with creating Power BI reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting leadership to accounts and drive growth within the consulting services portfolio.
• Support the GCG Account Lead to expand consulting engagements and share best practices.
• Develop and grow consulting talent across industries and technologies.
• Commit to self-development with at least 32 hours of training per year.

• Should be able to handle day to day production issues


• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes


• Should be able to communicate with German users in English effectively


• Experience in execution/documentation of SOP’s

• Should be able to conduct Root cause analysis for recurring issues independently


• Experience in handling escalations and follow pre-defined guidelines and processes


• Candidate with experience in Energy Trading & Risk Management domain and processes is a plus


• Experience with Tools – BaseIT / JIRA/ ADO /datadog


• Should be able to translate business requirements/production issues into ITsupporttickets for L2/L3


• Should be able to create reports in PowerBi

• Hands on experience in managing/reporting of SLA’s

Mandatory Skills: ETRM Energy Trading and Risk Management.Experience: 5-8 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
