• Designing, shaping, and enabling OEM warranty recovery processes using tools like Pega as the core workflow and decisioning platform.
• Translate warranty policies into scalable, rules‑driven, automated processes on the Warranty platform.
• Work closely with Warranty Operations, Supplier Recovery, Quality, Legal, IT, and Technical Architects to deliver an AI‑enabled, automated warranty recovery solution.
• Collaborate with architects on case design, data structures, rules, integrations, and UI.
• Leverage Tools features (like Pega) to build:
  • Case Types & Stages
  • Decision Tables / Rules
  • SLA Configuration
  • Work Queues & Assignments
  • Pega Reports & Dashboards

Mandatory Skills: Manufacturing Consulting.Experience: 5-8 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
