You will plan and lead work streams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and drive quality deliverables while engaging directly with clients on-site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, or Big 4 experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at various stages of completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of applications and databases.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
• Ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and for personal development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to uncover opportunities for account growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead work streams with small teams using program management skills.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and data teams.
• Own and manage activities of team members to deliver business outcomes.
• Ensure quality completion of deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged team member.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
• Build credibility and foster consensus among clients and peers.
