ERM is a leading global sustainability consultancy seeking a Senior Consultant, Scientist to support NEPA environmental assessments, ecological surveys, and permitting on domestic and international projects. You will contribute to technical reports and client deliverables while collaborating with project teams and regulators.

As a Senior Consultant, Scientist, you’ll be part of a collaborative technical team supporting a wide range of environmental projects—from ecological field surveys to permitting and impact assessments. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, learn best practices from experienced consultants, and build technical and professional skills in an environment that values curiosity, teamwork, and continuous learning.
For the Senior Consultant, Scientist position, the anticipated annual base pay is $80,100–$102,400 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
