• Lead and manage a team of consultants with practical strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee hypothesis formulation, data analysis, and translation into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients to define long-term vision and downstream product/tech initiatives.
• Coordinate between business, product, technology, and senior management in change programs.
