• Trusted advisor to senior executives, with experience leading high‑impact initiatives and influencing strategic decision‑making
• Industry expertise in Banking or Insurance and a strong ability to translate strategic ambition into business outcomes
• Exceptional analytical, commercial, and communication skills; Master's degree and fluency in English and German required
