Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Defense & Resilience team seeks a Physical Security Senior Consultant to strengthen physical security, resilience, and mission assurance across critical facilities and operations. You’ll apply risk analysis, site assessments, and integrated protection strategies to protect continuity and enable safe operations.

The successful candidate will lead assessments, develop recommendations, and collaborate with clients to implement comprehensive security and resilience programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security-related field.
• 4+ years in physical security, mission assurance, or resilience programs.
• Experience with assessments, risk analysis, and protective design principles.
• Travel up to 75% on average depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical security assessments, threat and vulnerability analyses, and risk evaluations for facilities and operations.
• Support mission assurance and resilience initiatives to protect critical functions.
• Perform site visits, walkthroughs, stakeholder interviews, and field assessments.
• Develop risk-informed recommendations and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to design integrated security and resilience solutions.
