Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead streams within project teams, shaping and implementing innovative business solutions through a digital lens. You will work with Customer Experience and Engineering professionals to improve client performance and manage risk across North American clients.

The role requires 3–5 years in management consulting, strong problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel to client sites.

As a Senior Consultant within our Management Consulting practice, you will be leading streams within project teams, defining, planning, and implementing innovative business solutions to improve business performance and manage risk for Publicis Sapient clients. You will address your role through a digital lens, supported by teams of Customer Experience and Engineering (Technology, Data and Ways of working) specialists.

Locations:

• We are hiring for this role across multiple locations in North America including, but not limited to: New York, Chicago, Boston, and Washington DC.

You will receive a high degree of coaching and mentoring in client management, business consulting, and team collaboration. While most of our senior members on the team (Principal and above) are experienced in specific verticals, our Consultants will traverse across all industries.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

• 3 – 5 years of management consulting experience
• Excellent academic achievement and internship experience

Pay Range: $120,000 - $220,000. The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
