Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Consultant in Management Consulting to lead streams within project teams, plan and implement innovative business solutions to improve client performance and manage risk. You will be supported by Customer Experience and Engineering specialists and coached in client management and collaboration.

Experience across industries, travel to client sites, and a strong emphasis on problem solving and communication are essential.

As a Senior Consultant within our Management Consulting practice, you will be leading streams within project teams, defining, planning, and implementing innovative business solutions to improve business performance and manage risk for Publicis Sapient clients. You will address your role through a digital lens, supported by teams of Customer Experience and Engineering (Technology, Data and Ways of working) specialists.

As a Senior Consultant within our Management Consulting practice, you will be leading streams within project teams, defining, planning, and implementing innovative business solutions to improve business performance and manage risk for Publicis Sapient clients. You will address your role through a digital lens, supported by teams of Customer Experience and Engineering (Technology, Data and Ways of working) specialists.

You will receive a high degree of coaching and mentoring in client management, business consulting, and team collaboration. While most of our senior members on the team (Principal and above) are experienced in specific verticals, our Consultants will traverse across all industries.

• We are hiring for this role across multiple locations in North America including, but not limited to: New York, Chicago, Boston, and Washington DC.

Pay Range: $135,000 - $190,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
