Job summary

Stout Strategy is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Industrials practice and support growth strategy and diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients. You will collect, analyze, and synthesize data, conduct executive interviews, and help build financial models and market analyses.

You will contribute to M&A diligence workstreams, collaborate with senior team members, and communicate insights clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with academic excellence in Economics, Business, Finance or Data Science.
• Master’s degree preferred in business, management, finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in research, consulting, corporate development or private equity.
• Interest in Industrial industries and PE/Investor sectors.
• Aptitude for networking and executive-level interviewing.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn new subject areas quickly and independently.
• Strong communication, writing, and critical-thinking skills.

You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing the data that will enable the strong delivery of work to our exclusive list of corporate clients and private equity firms, including a mix of mega-funds and middle market investment groups. You will directly support our client’s investment decisions via a mix of growth strategy engagements and diligence initiatives.
