Guidehouse, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a qualified professional in Washington, DC to lead assessments of business processes and operating models. You will facilitate stakeholder interviews, develop process maps, and craft implementation roadmaps to drive change for clients.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5+ years in related fields, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments. Travel up to 10% may be involved if required by projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in consulting, program management, business transformation, or process improvement.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process assessments.
• Experience developing process maps, workflows, and business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate complex challenges into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating executive presentations and client deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic client environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments of business processes and operating models to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and sessions to gather requirements and gain consensus.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps, SOPs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support change management efforts including stakeholder engagement and communications planning.
• Analyze business requirements and operational challenges to produce actionable client recommendations.
• Design training materials, job aids, onboarding resources, and implementation guides.
• Track project progress, run working groups, and prepare executive briefings and presentations.
