Job summary

AID-Consultants DMCC is seeking Junior Associates to join our consulting teams, typically 3-5 consultants, to contribute to client engagements by gathering data, formulating hypotheses, and delivering recommendations. You will receive exceptional training and mentoring from colleagues, with a Partner assigned to guide your career and up to five weeks of formal training in your early years.

Qualifications

• University degree and excellent academic record required.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively—verbally and in writing—in English and the local office language(s).
• Outstanding records of academic and managerial or professional achievement.
• Strong record of leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Work in teams of 3–5 consultants, participating in all aspects of client engagement.
• Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses, and test them.
• Develop and communicate recommendations and present results to client management.
• Collaborate with client teams to implement recommendations.
• Junior Associates receive training and coaching from colleagues.
• A Partner from your local office will guide your career and provide mentorship.
