Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in consulting, business analysis, or related services.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience with project delivery, documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Office.
• Advanced Excel: data analysis, pivot tables, reporting.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Planner, Asana, ClickUp).
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM or other enterprise systems.
• Experience with data analytics, automation, or reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.

This role performs detailed requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
