Putnam Associates LLC is a Senior Consultant (Case Team Leader) role focused on leading teams of Associates and Life Sciences Consultants to deliver client-ready insights. You will work with Managers and Partners to structure complex problems, test hypotheses, and synthesize analyses into actionable recommendations.

The position emphasizes client-facing work, travel to client sites, and collaboration across offices in Boston, San Francisco, New York, and London.

Formación

• MBA or post-graduate degree preferred, but not required.

• 5+ years' work experience with top-tier consulting firms or within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries.

Senior Consultant (Case Team Leader)

Position Summary

As a Senior Consultant at Putnam you will help lead and manage teams of Associates & Life Sciences Consultants to complete projects. Working with Managers and Partners you will:

• Interact with clients to understand problems, and develop and refine hypotheses to test
• Structure complex strategic and analytical problems that constitute the core of the team's work
• Lead the daily operations of the team in executing and synthesizing analyses into key findings and actionable recommendation and participate in delivering these recommendations to our clients

Desired Skills and Experience

• The ideal candidate for the Senior Consultant position will: Have demonstrated excellence during both her / his academic career (MBA or post‑graduate degree is preferred but not required). Minimum degree required is a Bachelors
• Previous employment experiences (5+ years' work experience) with other top‑tier consulting firms or within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries.
• Proven analytic abilities, presentation skills,
• Project and People Team management experience and a team‑oriented attitude are essential.
• A working knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is also a prerequisite.
