While working in‑person with customers is our main priority, we also believe the office environment enables more opportunities to celebrate wins, collaborate effectively, and build strong relationships across teams.

  • Degree: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands‑on experience in software development or technical implementation consulting.
  • Leadership: Proven passion for mentoring others and experience leading small teams through post‑sale software implementations.
  • Core Engineering: Foundational understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP), database design, and SQL (queries, joins, views).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 20% or less annually to support customer engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with modern cloud frameworks and infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, or Elastic Containers.
  • Knowledge of software testing practices (Test‑Driven Development, automated test suites) and modern AI/Machine Learning applications.
