LEI is currently seeking a Senior Consultant in our office in Boston, MA, USA. Please note that this is a hybrid position with 3 days a week minimum required in the office.
Qualified applicants should have demonstrated knowledge of economics, finance, and statistics. The applicant should have an interest in the energy industry and infrastructure and project finance related work.
Candidates should have strong writing skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise fashion. Foreign language skills are a plus. All candidates must be comfortable working in a casual, non-hierarchical environment.
Senior Consultants will be involved in projects ranging from producing price forecasts for various electricity markets to constructing and analyzing financial models for asset sales and acquisitions, writing detailed evaluations of different aspects of energy markets in the US and abroad, creating testimony for regulatory and litigation proceedings, and advising private and public sector entities in regulatory economics.
